Hello everyone ... What a beautiful day it was here in ND ! 57 degrees when I left for my run 4.08 miles between 1-14 hours! I even learned to wear capris sweats ... and I had to take my near the end, because it was so hot sweatshirt! We even got to take home with the sunroof open ! Hello! It's December 1st ! No complaints ! ! { If I keep praying and hope that both need high humidity ! } My career was not as great ... It was difficult , indeed! Mentally, I was ready to put on as many miles on this beautiful day I could ... but my body does not feel ... in all ... and I had to push to get those miles in the way it was, but I'm very glad I did. I also added a different route on my normal route for a change of scenery and had a bit of "advice" that generally flat road courses , so that the legs and lungs were permanently smells! { Really I have to work more inclined / hills! } But that's just the way it goes, and I'm still very happy with what I did!
I also joined a new challenge SQUAT fun today! I know, I know ... Squats * ck ! But let me tell you , after Amanda and I did 200 squats challenge before I really noticed a difference in the lower part of my body! I did it honestly. Strange, but my slimmer jeans / low waist pants, of course , you have tight legs and hiney , but my relaxed fit jeans very large in size and hiney ... SO ... THESE DANG SQATS not work! I 'm serious friend! I wish it would have been better to take progress pix to show my results, but I know it worked. I thought back to the same challenge , but not HBBC12 Challenge I thought it might be too much for me ... but I saw one today and I walked away! Imagine that. Bring on the firmer and more beautiful hiney and lower body ... and honestly people ... they were quick to do! You have time to do this! { With Babysteps , we'll get ! }

You can make any kind of squat and wants with or without weights. Whatever works for you! I discovered this a way to a new you. Check out their FB page and blog! Very inspiring! So I know you all probably think I'm crazy to get to some of the challenges "idiot " fitness I do and share with you. And why on earth do not write about my training, my diet ... Why should I publish on Instagram , etc? Obviously, I'm not in good shape , but I'm working on it. And obviously , I'm a newbie ... but I learned a lot ! But hello people ... this is the way we work our way to stay in shape. Baby steps ! Personally, I have learned to love a good challenge and I seem to do better when I have someone or something responsible too. There is something about the satisfaction you get and the pride you have when it comes to posting something you've done. Now I know it can be annoying at times , but really ... I really know you want to read about people working out , eating right, etc that reading some of the laments , complaints and " poor me " light items . Is not it ? And seriously , all these things are fun! It really is !( silly fitness)
And even if you want routines in some aspects of my life, when it comes to exercise, have variety or I get bored and stop doing it . As someone tell me what I should do and these challenges are perfect for her.
However, I promise I 'm going to push to do something you do not want to do. I like to share what I find there and maybe get a little excited to share with you smile
And on that note ... have a good night everyone ... you still have time to make a day on the squats ... is 20 ! You can do it!
