Becoming a Fitness Warrior...
As I’ve traveled throughout various areas here in the U.S. and beyond, so many people are stuck when it comes to what fitness is all about.  They believe that the only way to get fit is to join a gym or have some special piece of equipment.  Many homes have their own weight machines.  I even talked to one guy that bought into the Bowflex system.
It’s fine and dandy if those people will use what they buy.  And if it gets them motivated to keep training consistently.  The problem is that these same people will usually stop after a very short while.  That is not right.  It’s not about the kind of equipment or even workout  Fitness Warrior.  It is all about the mindset.

When I was in the Marines we worked out anywhere.  There were places that had no gyms, not even a field gym.  No weights.  No special  Fitness Warrior equipment.  Did that stop us?  Hell no it didn’t.  We were Marines!  Real world warriors!
A fitness warrior is someone who trains anywhere and does so on a consistent basis.  They learn to adapt everyday items into fitness equipment.  They will use their bodyweight as their own built-in equipment.  A large stone becomes are heavy-duty strength builder.  A smaller stone becomes a piece of equipment to help develop explosive strength.  Climbing a tree builds the whole body.  Jumping from boulder to boulder builds both balance and leg strength.  It goes on and on.  There are no limits, except what is in the mind of each person.
Becoming a fitness warrior simply means to naturally move your body through any environment with ease and tackling all obstacles while being able to help others.  Erwan Le Corre’s MovNat is big on bringing out the fitness warrior in all participants.  That includes being able to use your body to defeat an attacker.  You can even experience some of it in the military.  Or just train anywhere at anytime.  Mostly, you gotta want it and do it.  No freaking excuses.
Fitness Warrior.
