Grunts and groans as my class through courses , this is my mantra ... " If damage is done , it works. " Of course I mean that in cases where the muscles are fatigued to the point that you can not lift , bend , push or press more with some difficulty , because it is a good thing. Certainly if you experience severe pain , spasms or twinges , then something is obviously not right and must either change what you are doing or stop . But for the sake of argument , we will continue with the good kind of pain Fitness Reality.

" I do not like this, hurt me ", " we can do a different exercise? Fitness Reality ", " I think my arm will fall . " I laughed as I heard these cries whoa my ladies. I still remember everything is good for them, even if you feel like at the time. I try to explain that they have to practice outside their comfort zone to see results and get the most out of your workouts . We can all make fun of these guys in the gym screaming Fitness Reality, grunting and making faces that look like they are in pain , but they are clearly working on a large capacity and challenge each repetition. There is a reason that when you lift weights is recommended that you go to failure. That's when you know you have imposed clearly and completely exhausted your muscles. If you're still twelve or fifteen in each set , not much will be gained except boredom.
The funny thing is that the next day, or even several days later, these same women areas of pain in their bodies and they love to compare! They realize that they actually push their bodies beyond what they thought they could do. They know the pain or muscle fatigue you feel is a sign of hard work. Many of us often joke that if we are not bad the next day, so we think we have not worked hard enough. But this is not necessarily the case. Very often, the muscles will not be pain or tenderness , but it will be very tired. You know that as soon as you pick up your child, take a hair dryer on your head , or just try to get up from a sitting position.

At the end of your workout, you should feel as if you have done something really difficult.
Fitness Reality You should feel tired. Your muscles should feel as if they can not do anything else. Your body should feel like you put through the ringer . This is what exercise is all about - pushing harder than ever, become stronger , and improve your overall health. Whatever limit you think you should be left at the door before entering the gym and start your workout. In fact, you should have no limits. You should always try to push harder and go faster, even if it means doing more than just a repetition of what you did yesterday or the addition of a little more than thirty seconds for the race. Improvements are made only when there is an attempt to do so. And if that means grunts and screams to a push-up , one more or one more burpee squat, then so be it .
Fitness Reality
Fitness Reality exercise does not feel well while you do. This is probably one of the main reasons many people avoid exercise in the first place - it's hard work is not easy, and it is not comfortable . But as you know , once you start and keep at it , the rewards are amazing and really worth all your blood , sweat and tears. You feel good , you look good and that's what keeps you coming back for more.
So next time you are exercising and you feel a little uncomfortable or your members will fall , it is a sign that you are doing very well . Remember ... if it hurts , it works!
