Over the last couple of months I have been busy juggling a full time job, beginning my PT business and my family.  I’m hoping over the next little while I can put a lot more focus into the PT side of things.
To get started this morning I warmes up with high knees/ mountain climbers tabata and then moved in to completing the following circuit
Circuit 1 – using the sandbag
  1. Bent over row
  2. Alt single leg deadlift
  3. Sandbag clean
  4. Thrusters
  5. Squat thrusters
I set the timer to 10 secs rest/ 20 secs work, at the end of the round I rested for 30 secs
Followed by
  1. 30 burpies
  2. 30 tricep dips
  3. 40 squat thrusters
  4. 50 squat jumps
  5. 60 sit ups
  6. 60 plyo lunges
  7. 30 push ups
