Don’t let fitness kill you!

Just today , I read about a television actor who had a heart attack while on a treadmill and died . He was all of 38 . Apparently he had a heart condition that had kept hidden from her gym . He just lost his life due to sinners style diseases is worse to lose by trying to do too much fitness . Yes, crazy generation six pack washboard abs and will do anything to get that elusive form. Fads , starvation and excessive exercise are some shortcuts taken unhealthy. Women want to lose weight to fit into a particular dress at a wedding instead of building their strength, energy and flexibility. It's sad that instead of health, is seen to be the ultimate goal. I hope this serves as a wake up call for all those who are madly obsessed with what they believe is physical.

This does not mean that we should let go and become fat. But maintaining a healthy weight , it is important to first understand your own body and your health problems . Before starting an exercise program , it is important to get a complete checkup knowing your health. Consult your doctor if you suffer from diseases and ensure your trainer, nutritionist and gym are aware of their needs and customize your workout accordingly. If you simply press a fitness plan without guidance and without the knowledge of your doctor , it is quite possible that you could end up doing more harm than good.

Another very important aspect during exercise is hydration and nutrition. Although you should not exercise on a full stomach , you should not go hungry either. Have something an hour in advance should be fine. Carry a water bottle with you and after exercise not eat something nutritious. I read somewhere that you lose more weight and burn fat on an empty stomach . This is clearly rubbish. In fact, our diet should be for those days when you do more exercise if exercise , sport or caring for a small baby. The only way to lose weight if you eat sensibly and eat plenty of nutritious food. Consult a dietitian to help you. Please do not rely on the columns of newspapers or magazines, are not intended to be used as a basis for developing your fitness program , or a session with his friend go gym. What works for them may not work for you. Therefore, the sensible approach is to get professional advice , especially if you are a beginner.

Yes , obesity is a major problem facing the world today. And staying in shape is absolutely obligatory point of view of health . Respect your body . Recognize your strengths and weaknesses. No weaken and punish through participation in yo-yo diets and crazy gymming.Do the right way!
